Welcome! I’m Jen, a mom of four and a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. After navigating my own breastfeeding challenges and supporting hundreds of families through the newborn stage, I developed a deep passion for helping moms feel confident and supported during this transition. I provide personalized, judgment-free support with feeding and postpartum recovery, including customized plans designed for you and your baby’s unique needs 💗
Prenatal lactation visits help you feel confident and prepared before your baby arrives. We'll discuss feeding goals, what to expect in the early days, positioning basics, and any concerns you may have. You will have a personalized plan so you feel supported and have peace of mind for caring for you new little one

You want to exclusively pump but aren't sure what that looks like? I will work with you to create a pumping plan, measure flange sizes, review how to use your pump and discuss milk storage

Jen was an absolute DREAM to work with in such a difficulttime in my life! After I had my child, she came to my house, gave me insightful, unbiased, truthful and compassionate care! She never made me feel silly for asking questions and was so understanding of my goals. We constantly tweaked my care and it allowed me to increase my supply so much! I genuinely don't know what I would have done without her. She's the best and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else!
I'm so grateful for Jen! She came to my home postpartum when I was feeling overwhelmed, especially being a new mama. She made such a difference. She was patient, supportive, and really took the time to help me feel more confident.
